We begin by scheduling a Zoom call to connect with you. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your vision and preferences for your wedding, and answer any questions you may have. We believe that building a connection with our clients is essential for capturing the essence of your special day.
2. Making it official
Once you decide to book our services, we will provide you with a contract that outlines all the details, including the services to be provided, pricing, and terms and conditions. Upon reviewing and approving the contract, we request a 25% deposit to officially reserve your wedding date.
3. Engagement Session
To capture beautiful moments before your wedding day, we offer an engagement session. We’ll provide you with a guide containing valuable information and tips to help you prepare for the session. This ensures that we create beautiful images that reflect your unique love story.
4. Custom Timeline Creation
A well-planned timeline is crucial for a smooth wedding day. We will provide you with a detailed questionnaire to gather essential information about your wedding day schedule, preferred photo/video locations, and other important details. With this information, we will create a custom timeline tailored to your needs and expectations. We’ll then schedule a meeting to go over it together, ensuring all key events are included and giving you the opportunity to provide any additional input or make any necessary adjustments.
5. Wedding Day
On your wedding day, all you need to do is relax and enjoy every moment. We will be there to capture the precious memories, from getting ready to the ceremony, reception, and everything in between. Our goal is to document the day authentically, preserving the emotions and joy that make it truly special.
6. Teaser Delivery
Within 72 hours of your wedding day, we will provide you with a teaser—a sneak peek of some of the most beautiful moments captured. This gives you a glimpse into the magic of your wedding day and allows you to share the excitement with your loved ones.
7. Final Delivery
Finally, we meticulously curate and edit the photographs and videos, ensuring that each image and clip is of the highest quality. Within 3-4 months after your wedding day, we will deliver the complete collection to you. This includes all the edited photos and videos, ready for you to relive and share your special day with family and friends.
